Greystone Fields uses all-inclusive pricing to create your memorable event. We excel at working with trusted vendors to ensure a beautiful & seamless experience for you and your guests.

Venue

Greystone Fields is an indoor and outdoor venue that can accommodate 200+ guests. Our open air patios and large windows provide ambient and natural lighting. We have 104 parking spots, with up to 6 handicap spots.

Included at every event:

  • 60” round tables which comfortably seats 8 guests

  • Metal folding banquet chairs

  • 90” square linens and cloth napkins

  • Physical china, flatware, and water goblets

We also work with independent vendors who can supply upgrades to meet your event needs. (ex. Chiavari chairs)

Food & Catering

Our All Inclusive Menu includes your choice of appetizers, entrees, pasta, and starches. We offer a wide range of options that caters to all tastes. Sample delicious dishes at our food tasting to help quantify and qualify your choices!

If you’re looking to upgrade the menu or services, you have options. Professional buffet service is included.

Beverage

The Banquet Bar service vendor can provide alcohol, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Brand names we serve include Tanqueray, Captain Morgan, Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, Miller Lite, Yuengling, and Coca-Cola products. Our rolling beverage station ensures cleanliness and flexibility. Service includes service ware, napkins, and disposable glasses. You can request choice upgrades during your phone consultation.

Cake & Sweets

We work with a high-grade bakery that is local to the area. Whether you’re envisioning a traditional 3-tier wedding cake or a more modern affair with cupcakes and donuts, we can accommodate your cake and/or sweets needs. Included is a slice of cake (or equivalent) per guest.

Floral Centerpieces

Create beautiful centerpieces for your tables with the help of a professional florist. The florist can make the arrangement how you envision with your choice of flowers, within a starting price.

We do not include bridal bouquets at this time. Florist can be hired for independent bridal bouquets as well as additional custom decor such as head table display, votives, vases, etc.

House DJ

The DJ vendor provides entertainment and MC services for ceremonies and receptions:

  • Pre-ceremony music as guests are finding their seats

  • Processional and recessional music for the ceremony

  • Microphone for the officiant and to help guide the vows

  • Announcements & MC’ing to help guide the flow of the event

  • Formal introductions and farewells at the end of the celebration

Speakers, microphone, and atmosphere lights for the dance floor are also included.
